This is a good technique but I coach women’s rugby. I’d prefer to empower them than to talk about any scenario where poppa puts momma on her back.

good easy and simple safe technique can apply at all levels. Good progressions and intensity to add with great key focus words to use when coaching. Love the mindset approach and keeping it simple

Taught my boys this clear out and we were penalized for tackling in the ruck . I thought it was executed well , I don’t think the ref understood what my player was doing . Please advise on what I need to instruct so we are not penalized
