Founded by Ex All Black Murray Mexted, since 2002, the International Rugby Academy of New Zealand (IRANZ) has provided high-performance programmes and services for rugby players, coaches and teams from within New Zealand and across the rugby globe.

For players, there is a strong focus on position-specific tuition, skill development, mental toughness, rugby intelligence and self-management. Our set programmes include modules to foster intensive development in each of these areas – leading to improved performance both on and off the field, and laying the foundation for future development, long after the Course is complete.

For coaches, it is a rare opportunity to work intensively with the world’s best coaches in a practical environment. Set programmes focus on developing a structure, strategy and blueprint that each participant can implement within their own environment.
