About Dean Rice
Dean Rice lives in Auckland and was ex White Sox coach and has a wealth of experience. As a player Dean represented the Black Sox from 1988 to 2000 winning two world championships gold medals. Following retirement as a player he took on the role of White Sox assistant coach from 2002-05.
Dean is currently head strength and conditioning coach for North Harbour Rugby. He has 18 years experience as a personal trainer.
