Nice skill session Jen- as a coach of youth players, I’m just a little concerned about the legality/safety of the high knee into the receiver/ defender… Hope the Olympic prep’s going well.
Good video covering the basics, with a couple of less-obvious tips thrown in for good measure. It would be great to see a more advanced video including the lifter, since that’s obviously a key part of restarts.
