Tank Lanning South AfricaVery cool. I love to test the shape under pressure like you are doing here, and you have certainly added a few drills to my repertoire
andy haines USAGood video, very helpful. Would agree about the “riding” the backs on younger teams
balauze patrice NorwayA lot of good tips here, well explained, i would be cautious with the last one, i experienced it as a player and it is important to remind the player on the top to keep his balance, falling on the side is fine although i would add up more distance between the participants but sliding head up first could end up with head/neck injury.
Pietieboy South AfricaVery good session especially how to keep your shape in the scrum under pressure
Paul Rochester EnglandGreat mixture of technical drills moved into competitive games.
