Course reviews
Jikoibau Matawalu FijiAwesome, very basic and effective!
Stephen Scoon AustraliaIt’s good ! Good clear instructions,
horacio speranza ArgentinaMUY BUENO , simple y didáctico
jon spear USAValuable drill for fundamental defense. Easy to set up and execute.
Seremaia Bai FijiVery simple & effective drill…thanks
David Dudman Great Britain & Northern IrelandBasic skills that can be used across most age groups. Really helps to focus on hips facing forward to make a greater hit, easy to progress to more players just by widening the poles. Also, keeps defence on side!
Patrick Disley-May EnglandBasic and effective, I like how confident it can make your defence when in a 1v1 situation
Ri Elers IrelandI like the defensive tackle drill , simple but effective. I also liked the idea of using the posts and forcing players to re-align in the catch pass drill . Again simple stuff but effective
Noel O'Meara Irelandgood progressions/variations.create more pressure by decreasing space between posts and players.
H Hamilton EnglandSimple & effective drill
Carter Croft EnglandExcellent simple drill, I will use it. Carter.
Adrian Espinosa Argentinagood drill- simple & effective.
Tai Taimataora New Zealandgood drill and like the variations
Will Mbanga EnglandLove it- simple & effective.
Brendan Molloy New ZealandI notice the second defender was looking at the have back quite often until the ball was passed shouldn’t he be tracking attackers and let the 1st defender call the up when 1/2 back has passed ?
Dave Leslie AustraliaBrilliant. I’ll be putting this into action with my under 12’s this year. We did lots of work on tracking and defence last year to be the best defensive team in the comp for under 11’s. Got done in the semi’s. This might take us two games further. Thx so much
