Lineout Throw - HS and A with Bismarck du Plessis

South African International Bismarck Du Plessis is recognised globally as one of the most powerful and effective forwards in the modern game. He combines great physical strength on and off the ball and immense drive and work on and off the field. Bismarck holds the Springbok record for most tests with a brother (Springbok prop Jannie du Plessis) and is also the Springboks top try scorer as a hooker, with 9 tries to his name.
