We return to Argentina the (Football World Cup champions), for a new Kicking series.
Ex Argentine international and leading points scorer in the Spanish League Valentin Cruz develops the Kicking out of Hand skills of some the local Pucara Club players.
During the series, Valentin progresses the players from warm ups and stationary kicking to kicking on the move to moving players.

In 1st of this 2-part series, Valentin progresses through a number of kicking drills and identifies different aspects of the kick for the Pucara Club players to focus on.

As Valentin explains you can adjust the size of the Kicking Square to suit your players skill level.
It is about building the players’ confidence not destroying it by making it too hard.
