Part 1. Line Integrity Warm up 7:31 Member content
At every level it all starts with Line Integrity.
Start the session with sir Graham’s Line Integrity – reinforcing players understanding of their role position and connection with each other.
Players will need this understanding as the session builds.
Part 2. 1 on 1 Tracking 3:41 Member content
Before going into specific set piece and phase, work on players individual speed and alignment with All Black 7s and ex London Irish coach Clarke Laidlaw’s 1 to 1 tracking.
