Lineout Session Plan - HS with The Rugby Site
At the youth level the lineout becomes much more technical and requires a higher level of skill development and execution. More lineout options are used to contest and secure the ball. The session plan features Front Row club founder and Crusaders forwards coach Jase Ryan with the lineout setup and former England lock Geoff Parling with some lineout strategies.
