Bernie is so clear with his explanation, break down, learning objective, lesson plan. Looks like this has been done by a professional trainer. Great editing of videos and the lenght as well is very manageable

Excellent detail. Broken down very well

Bernie Upton

Bernie is a specialist lineout coach with the Wellington Lions after an extensive professional career as a lock.

Former Hurricane and Chiefs Super Lock and current Wellington Lions (NPC) lineout coach Bernie Upton details the ‘critical path’ to secure Gold Standard Ball (GSB).

During this series Bernie looks at the keys aspects of a less known part of the game to secure good attack quality lineout possession.

Winning lineouts is about doing the basics exceptionally well.
