Constant Improvement with Sir Graham Henry
This session is about constant improvement. Naturally, as coaches we are always looking to improve how our team performs on the field, that’s important. I’ve coached this game for about 40 years now and I’m still learning, but one thing I do know is that you want your players to be constantly improving not only on the field, but off the field as well. You’re trying to create an atmosphere throughout the year where players take responsibility and they are accountable for getting them selves in a frame of mind to play superbly on game day.

Marius Van Der Merwe AustraliaJust love listening to Graham Henry. Just when you think that you have got it covered he brings new Ideas and a deferent perspective to how things are done. Thanks Graham and I would love to hear more on specific IPD (Individual Player Development) perhaps you can drill a bit more down in to positional development. But great work and looking forward to see more

Brendan Hope Great Britain & Northern IrelandGraham Henry comes across as such an approachable coach. I think that is so important, allowing your TDMs to add their value and be willing to take feedback from your players.
aaron painter New ZealandSome good ideas here looking at coaching from a different angle.Motivation is the key and we are all learning from each other..great advice.
Mike Aughey IrelandExcellent presentation by Graham Henry – a man still learning. Makes strong points about coaching in the modern game, the importance of culture and player responsibility. At the end of the day the coach is not on the field
